Paidmark — Terms of Use

Last updated: 30 June 2026

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the Paidmark app (“the app”). By downloading or using Paidmark, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Paidmark on Apple devices that you own or control, in accordance with Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement, which applies to this app and is incorporated by reference.

What Paidmark is — and isn’t

Paidmark helps you record invoices and send your own follow-up reminders to clients. It is a productivity tool, not accounting, tax, legal, or financial advice, and it does not send messages or process payments on your behalf. You are responsible for the invoices you track and the content of any reminder you choose to send from your own email or messaging accounts.

Paidmark Pro subscription

Paidmark is free to use with a limit on the number of active invoices. “Paidmark Pro” is an optional auto-renewing subscription that unlocks unlimited invoices and additional features.

No warranty

The app is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that it will meet your requirements. You are responsible for keeping your own records and backups of your invoice data.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, revenue, or profits, arising out of or related to your use of the app.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted on this page, with the date above revised. Continued use of the app means you accept the updated Terms.
